Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By creating an account or playing Tawlah you agree to these terms, to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Who can play
Tawlah is for players aged 13 and over.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players
Tawlah has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. In chat, in your username, and anywhere else in the game, you must not:
- insult, harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
- post hateful, racist, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content;
- share personal information (yours or anyone else’s) or advertise anything;
- cheat, team up with other players against a table, or use more than one account to move coins or wins.
Every player can mute, block and report other players: during a game, open the chat and tap the player’s message. Chat also passes through a profanity filter.
4. When the rules are broken
We review reports within 24 hours. Depending on what happened, we may remove content, mute a player’s chat, require a new username, take back coins or wins gained unfairly, or suspend or permanently ban the account, without notice and without refunding coins.
5. Coins and purchases
- Coins and shop items are play money for the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
- Coins are bought through Apple. Purchases are final, and refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). If Apple refunds a purchase, the coins it added may be removed.
6. Your account
You sign in with Apple. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account; the Privacy Policy explains what is deleted.
7. The service
Online play needs an internet connection. We may change, add or remove features (including coin prices and game rules) or stop the service. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties, as far as the law allows.
8. Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app.

شروط الاستخدام
١. الموافقة
بإنشاء حساب أو اللعب في طاولة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وعلى اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple، وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.
٢. من يحق له اللعب
طاولة للاعبين من عمر ١٣ سنة فما فوق.
٣. لا تهاون إطلاقاً مع المحتوى المسيء أو اللاعبين المسيئين
لا تتسامح طاولة إطلاقاً مع المحتوى المسيء أو السلوك المسيء. يُمنع في المحادثة وفي اسم المستخدم وفي أي مكان آخر في اللعبة:
- إهانة أي شخص أو مضايقته أو تهديده أو التنمّر عليه أو انتحال شخصيته؛
- نشر محتوى يحض على الكراهية أو عنصري أو جنسي أو عنيف أو مسيء بأي شكل؛
- مشاركة معلومات شخصية (لك أو لغيرك) أو الإعلان عن أي شيء؛
- الغش، أو الاتفاق مع لاعبين آخرين ضد طاولة، أو استخدام أكثر من حساب لنقل العملات أو الانتصارات.
يستطيع كل لاعب كتم اللاعبين الآخرين وحظرهم والإبلاغ عنهم: أثناء اللعب افتح المحادثة واضغط على رسالة اللاعب. وتمر المحادثة أيضاً عبر مرشّح ألفاظ.
٤. عند مخالفة القواعد
نراجع البلاغات خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وبحسب ما حدث قد نحذف المحتوى، أو نكتم محادثة اللاعب، أو نطلب منه اسم مستخدم جديداً، أو نسترجع العملات أو الانتصارات المكتسبة بطريقة غير عادلة، أو نوقف الحساب مؤقتاً أو نحظره نهائياً، دون إشعار مسبق ودون استرداد العملات.
٥. العملات والمشتريات
- العملات وعناصر المتجر نقود للعب داخل اللعبة فقط: لا قيمة نقدية لها، ولا يمكن استبدالها بمال أو بأي شيء ذي قيمة، ولا بيعها أو نقلها خارج اللعبة.
- تُشترى العملات عبر Apple. المشتريات نهائية، وتتولى Apple طلبات الاسترداد (reportaproblem.apple.com). وإذا استردّت Apple قيمة عملية شراء فقد تُسحب العملات التي أضافتها.
٦. حسابك
تسجّل الدخول بحساب Apple، ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات › حذف الحساب، وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية ما يُحذف.
٧. الخدمة
يحتاج اللعب عبر الإنترنت إلى اتصال بالإنترنت. قد نغيّر الميزات أو نضيفها أو نزيلها (بما فيها الأسعار بالعملات وقواعد اللعب) أو نوقف الخدمة. ويُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
٨. التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذه الشروط فسنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وفي التغييرات المهمة سنخبرك داخل التطبيق.
